How come I am unable to view my Breach Insurance policy?

In order to access your policy, you will need to enter your Merchant ID. Your Merchant ID can be found in your McAfee SECURE portal.

Depending on when you signed up for Breach Insurance, you may not be able to view your statement of benefits/policy from your McAfee SECURE portal right away. 

New policies can be viewed on the first day of the following month after signing up. For example: if you signed up on June 15th, your policy can be viewed from your portal beginning July 1st. Don't worry, this does not mean that you are not covered during this time - you are fully protected from the day you sign up.
