Getting Your First Site Certified

To start using the free version of McAfee SECURE certification, begin by clicking on See Plans or visiting Enter your URL to see pricing for your site. You can purchase a Pro plan immediately or start using the free service.

You'll first need to sign up for an account. Once you've created your account, you can start adding sites to your account. 

To add a site to your account, you'll have to add our code to your site. Usually, it's easiest to put it in your footer template file. We recommend placing it right before the closing body tag. We'll check the homepage to make sure it's there before you can add the site to your account. 

Once the initial security scan is complete, this should only take a few moments, the trustmark will begin displaying for up to 500 visitors per month.
