I believe I am a victim of identity theft or fraud, how do I file a claim?

We're sorry to hear your identity has been compromised. To file a claim, you must have activated your coverage and still be within the 90 day coverage period. Alternatively, you can also file a claim if you have an active Identity Protection Pro subscription. You can file a claim by logging into your account at mcafeesecure.com/user/idp/. Click on File a Claim and fill out the online claim form. You may also call 1-888-505-9610 to file a claim.
