I believe I am a victim of identity theft or fraud, how do I file a claim?

We're sorry to hear your identity has been compromised. To file a claim, you must have activated your coverage and still be within the 90 day coverage period. Alternatively, you can also file a claim if you have an active Identity Protection Pro subscription. You can file a claim by filling out the online claim form, or calling 1-866-237-5240.
