If you'd like to cancel your Identity Protection Pro (formerly known as Safe Browsing Pro) subscription, please follow the steps below. Please note that if you are a business customer, the steps below may not apply to you. Click here to learn more.
- Log in to your account at mcafeesecure.com.
- Click on the avatar in the top right corner and select My Account.
- In the navigation bar on the left, select Subscriptions.
- Once the subscription page loads, click on the "X" next to the subscription that you want to cancel.
- Follow the prompts to complete your cancellation.
