How do I cancel my Identity Protection Pro (formerly known as Safe Browsing Pro) subscription?

If you'd like to cancel your Identity Protection Pro (formerly known as Safe Browsing Pro) subscription, please follow the steps below. Please note that if you are a business customer, the steps below may not apply to you. Click here to learn more. 

  1. Log in to your account at
  2. Click on the avatar in the top right corner and select My Account. ID_Protection_Overview_Pre_Upgrade_arrow_my_account.png
  3. In the navigation bar on the left, select Subscriptions.my_account_overview_arrow_subscription.png
  4. Once the subscription page loads, click on the "X" next to the subscription that you want to cancel. my_account_subscriptions_arrow_cancel_closeup.png
  5. Follow the prompts to complete your cancellation.
