Can I enable the post-purchase email if I'm a platform customer (Shopify, Weebly, etc)?

If you're a platform customer using one of our apps, you can easily implement the post-purchase reviews email following the steps below. Once these steps are completed, your customers will automatically receive an email asking them to review your site. 

The following platforms currently support the post-purchase email: BigCommerce, Ecwid, Magento, Shopify, Weebly, Wix, and Wordpress/WooCommerce.

  1. If you're using one of the following platforms, you may need to reinstall your app.
          -BigCommerce (you should be prompted to reinstall if app is outdated)
          -Ecwid
          -Shopify (if app was installed prior to April 1)
          -Weebly (you should be prompted to reinstall if app is outdated)
  2. Log into your account at mcafeesecure.com
  3. Select Setup Wizard in the left navigation bar.
  4. Scroll to the Confirmation Page Code section and under Post Purchase Reviews Collection Email select On from the drop down.
  5. Your customers will now automatically receive an email 21 days after making a purchase. You can see a copy of the email here.
