How do I enable post-purchase review emails?

With TrustedSite Reviews you can automatically send out post-purchase emails to your customers which makes getting valuable reviews from your customers a simple and automated process. To enable this feature, please follow the steps below. If you're a platform customer (Shopify, BigCommerce, etc), please click here for instructions

  1. You will need to add the following code snippet to your purchase confirmation page. It can also be found on the Identity Protection page of your account. Please note that if you're already using the McAfee SECURE Identity Protection service, you don't need to implement any additional codes as both services use the same code.

  2. You will need to customize the parts of the code that are highlighted in green. Click here for more information.
  3. Log into your account at mcafeesecure.com
  4. Navigate to the Reviews tab
  5. Click on Enable in the Purchase Reviews email box
  6. Your customers will now automatically receive an email after making a purchase. You can see a copy of the email here.
